Refund Policy

At Planters Etc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

Refunds
