Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Custom orders or larger orders may require additional processing time. For these orders, you will receive an estimated timeline during the order confirmation process.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping is included in the cost of the planters for orders up to 500 pounds. Orders exceeding 500 pounds will be converted to a quote request, and our team will provide a revised shipping quote within 24 hours.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship primarily within the continental USA. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations will be converted to a quote system. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a revised quote that includes shipping costs.

Shipping Methods

  • We use FedEx Ground and Freight for all orders. Your order’s specific shipping method will depend on the size, weight, and destination.
  • For larger orders or expedited shipping needs, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders to remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Local Delivery and Pickup

  • We offer local delivery within 10 miles of area code 33004 (Dania Beach, FL) for orders under 500 pounds. Additional costs may be associated depending on order size and will be communicated prior to final order processing.
  • You may also choose to pick up your order at our facility: 410 SW 4th Terrace, Dania Beach, FL 33004.

Shipping During Peak Seasons

  • Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays. We will communicate any potential delays at the time of order confirmation.
