How long until it ships?
Made to order, 5 to 10 business days, then freight. Stocked matte bright white ships sooner.
Is shipping really included?
Yes, to all fifty states. Freight is priced into the product, including oversize items.
Can you match a custom colour?
On larger orders, yes. Send a paint code or a physical sample and we will quote it.
What does the warranty cover?
Three years against fading, cracking and impact damage, interior or exterior.
Do the planters come with drainage?
Your choice at checkout: hole drilled with a plug fitted, or a sealed base for indoor use.
Can I see a finish before I buy?
We send physical finish samples. Ask on the form and we will post a set out.
