Terms of service
These terms cover buying from plantersetcetera.com. Plain language, and short — if something here is unclear, call us and we will explain it.
Who we are
Planters Etc. (Planters Etcetera) sells fiberglass planters direct to customers in the United States from 410 SW 4 Terrace, Dania Beach, Florida.
Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable in the finish you chose.
Planters are made to order in the size, finish and drainage option you select, so please check the confirmation email carefully.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include freight to the fifty states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are quoted separately.
We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed.
Changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel an order at no cost within 24 hours of confirmation. After that the planter may already be in the finishing shop, and cancellation is at our discretion.
Colour and finish
Screens vary. The finish photographs and swatches on this site are as accurate as we can make them, but they are a guide, not a match. Order physical samples if exact colour matters.
Slight batch variation between orders placed months apart is normal in a sprayed finish and is not a defect.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect the crate before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and tell us within 48 hours.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for losses caused by a carrier delay.
Warranty
Every planter carries our three-year warranty against fading, cracking and impact damage. The full terms are on the warranty page.
Use of this site
Product photography, copy, the Planters Etc. name and the leaf mark belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as the cost of plants or installation labour.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida or federal law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Broward County.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was confirmed.
